These Terms & Conditions govern your use of revebeauty.co.za ("the Website") and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We sell beauty and personal care products, including the Rêve Beauty 3-in-1 Trimmer, to customers in South Africa only.

We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including price, features, and images. Colours and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or description errors, even after an order has been placed, and will notify you before processing if this occurs.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Payment must be made in full before an order is processed and shipped.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

5. Delivery

• We currently deliver within South Africa only.
• Estimated delivery time is 8–11 business days from order confirmation.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; delays due to courier or customs issues are outside our control.

6. Cancellations & Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of delivery under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act and the Consumer Protection Act, subject to the exceptions and conditions set out in our Returns Policy.

If a product is defective, you retain your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act to a repair, replacement, or refund within 6 months of delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rêve Beauty is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Rêve Beauty name, logo, product photography, and written content, is owned by Rêve Beauty and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
